Issue Observed:
- An employee was unable to view a previously submitted absence record.
- There were two records under the same absence type (e.g., Sick Leave):
- One with Completed status
- One with In Progress status
System Behavior:
- Oracle HCM shows only the latest absence record by default.
- Older or completed absence entries do not appear unless specifically filtered.
Solution:
- Instruct users to change the view filter to “All” in the absence history page.
- This ensures both active and completed records are visible to the employee.
