Added a salary statement with zero increase

We have identified the issue of why it's coming, and we have identified that this issue is coming because a salary section was added to the change assignment. Like whenever we do the change assignment and we do not enter any data in the salary section still system identifies that there is a change in salary so it's added a zero increase, that's why we have removed the salary section from transactions like Change Assignment, Change Location and Change Working Hour. So now if you will change the assignment then the system will not add a zero increase.
