Anytime Feedback Section Overview

Feedback Given to Me: In this section, Employees can see feedback given by others in the organization to him/her. An employee can also add feedback for themselves and select feedback visibility for the Feedback. He/she can also edit the feedback that they give to themselves. He/she can hide, show, and send the thank you message to them from whom they have received the feedback.

Feedback Requests About Me: This section shows the Feedback requests for the Employee (requested by the Employee, the Employee's Manager, or HR). A feedback template should be configured in the system to be able to request feedback.

Steps to Congifure Feedback Template:

  • My Client Groups
  • Quick Actions
  • Show More
  • Feedback Templates
  • Enter the required details, Name, Comments, Status, Template Type: General Feedback, and attach the Questionnaire. The questionnaire is to be configured first.
  • Once the template is in use, the attached questionnaire cannot be changed.
  • If you want you can also include this feedback in the performance document.

Once you have requested the feedback and feedback has been provided to you, then you will get certain options like you can View the Feedback, Sending the Thank You message, and Printing the received feedback.

Feedback Given to Others: This section shows the feedback that the employee requested to others from the Feedback Requested About Me section.

Feedback Requests About Others: This section shows the Feedback requests for others that have been requested from the Employee using the 'Feedback' template configured.

1. The Feedback visibility that appears on this page is controlled by the settings on the 'Manage Feedback Visibility' page

2, Feedback above refers to feedback that is given by anyone in the organization to the Employee via Directory search or given by the Employee to anyone in the organization via Directory search.

3. What alerts and notifications get triggered to the Worker and Manager for Feedback are configured at the below navigation by the Admin / HR Specialist: My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Show More > Talent Management Notifications > Feedback tab

4. Feedback can be deleted or edited by the author of the Feedback at any time.

5. Once the Requested Feedback has been submitted, the author cannot change or delete it. HR Specialist / Admin having required privileges can delete the Requested Feedback in any status (In Progress, Completed, etc. or Request the Feedback submitted by sending a 'Revise Feedback' request from the Feedback page of the Employee in their Data security access.

6. Feedback with visibility of 'Only Me' is only visible to the Feedback author and not visible to anyone else, including HR.
