The Anytime Feedback feature in Oracle HCM allows employees to give, receive, and request feedback within the organization. It helps in continuous performance improvement by enabling a transparent and structured feedback system.
📌 Sections in the Anytime Feedback Page
1️⃣ Feedback Given to Me
📢 What It Does?
- Displays feedback received from others in the organization.
- Employees can view their feedback and add self-feedback.
- Feedback visibility settings allow employees to control who can view the feedback.
2️⃣ Feedback Requests About Me
📢 What It Does?
- Shows feedback requests made for the employee.
- These requests can be initiated by the employee, manager, or HR.
- Feedback is based on pre-configured templates.

👉 My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Show More > Feedback Templates
💡 Important Notes:
- Template Type: General Feedback
- Questionnaire Requirement: Before configuring the template, the questionnaire must be set up.
- Once the template is in use, the attached questionnaire cannot be changed.
3️⃣ Feedback Given to Others
📢 What It Does?
- Displays feedback given by the employee to others.
- Employees can provide feedback via Directory Search.

👉 Me > Directory > Search for Person > Show More > Feedback > Add
4️⃣ Feedback Requests About Others
📢 What It Does?
- Shows feedback requests made by the employee for others.
- Uses the pre-configured feedback template.

📍 Managing Feedback Visibility
📢 What Controls Feedback Visibility?
- Feedback visibility is determined by Manage Feedback Visibility Settings.
- HR/Admin can configure these settings to restrict or allow access to feedback.

📍 Alerts & Notifications for Feedback
📢 Where Are Alerts Configured?
- Alerts and notifications for feedback requests are customizable by the Admin or HR Specialist.
- They control who gets notified when feedback is submitted, requested, or reviewed.

⚠️ Important Rules & Restrictions
1️⃣ Feedback Editing & Deletion
✅ Feedback can be deleted or edited only by the author.
2️⃣ Submitted Feedback Requests Cannot Be Changed
🚫 Once submitted, requested feedback cannot be edited or deleted by the author.
✅ HR Specialists/Admins can:
- Delete requested feedback (regardless of status: In Progress, Complete, etc.).
- Request revisions from the submitter via the Feedback page.
3️⃣ Private Feedback (Only Me Visibility)
🔒 Feedback marked as "Only Me" is visible only to the author.
- HR/Admin cannot view private feedback unless the visibility setting allows it.
