AOR is work based on representative types (HR, Payroll, Admin, IT)
AOR tag on based on employment fields (Department, Business Unit, Legal Entity, Location)
Example: -
If you are an HR under the Bangalore location, I will tag a Bangalore location HR, under location I will choose Bangalore and I will tag the AOR to you.

In order to enable the new Areas of Responsibility pages, you must enable the following profile option and have enabled the HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED profile option. PER_AREAS_OF_RESPONSIBILITY_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED
To enable the profile option, navigate to the Setup and Maintenance work area:

Search for and click the Manage Administrator Profile Values task.

Search for and select the profile option.

Click to add a new Profile Value.

Select the Level as Site.

Enter a Y in the Profile Value field.

Click Save and Close
