Can a Manager Delete Feedback Given on an Employee’s Performance Goal?

In Oracle Fusion Performance Management, feedback provided on performance goals—whether it's through Goal Feedback, Performance Document Comments, or Check-In Notes—is not deletable by managers once it has been submitted. This design supports:
