Oracle has not been delivered such functionality to access his/her team member identification information.
The line Manager is also having the employee role so the line manager can access his identification Information because the information on that page is considered personally identifiable information (PII).
We can create a report where the line manager access his/her team members' identification information and we can add this report as a tab in My Team.
We can also use documents of records instead of the identification tab and give line managers access to a specific document of records.
