Add a Pending Worker > Enter the required details a Submit > Pending Worker has been created > Go to New Person Dashboard > Select the created pending worker and click on action > Click on Quick Convert > Click on Ok
Go to My Client Group > Person Management > Search the Terminated Pending Worker who has been converted to an employee > select > Task > Manage Work Relationship > Actions > View Termination > Reverse Termination > click on Yes > click on Ok > click on Done > click on Close > again search the same employee and now you will see 2 employees record one is pending and another one is Employee > select employee > Tasks > Manage Work Relationship > Actions > Edit > change the required date > click on submit > click on done > click on close > pending worker > tasks > manage work relationship > action > terminate > enter the terminate date > click on review > click on submit > click on yes > click on ok > click on close > wait till approve the request > go to person management > search the same employee > select the employee > see your changes.

1. Reverse Termination of Pending Worker work relationship
a) Person Management -> Search pending worker -> Click on Pending Worker
b) Manage Work Relationship -> Actions -> View Termination -> Reverse Termination -> Yes -> OK -> Close
2. Change the start date of the Employee work relationship to NEW earlier hire date
a) Person Management -> Search an employee -> Click on employee
b) Manage Work Relationship -> Actions -> Edit -> change the Legal Entity Start Date to an earlier new hire date
c) Submit -> Yes -> Ok
3. Terminate Pending Worker work relationship
a) Person Management -> Search pending worker -> Click on Pending Worker
b) Manage Work Relationship-> Actions ->Terminate
c) Enter Action, Reason, Notification Date, and Termination Date
d) Enter the Termination Date that should be equal to the pending worker hire date
e) Click Review-> Submit-> Yes for Immediate -> Yes -> Ok -> Done -> Close
