We are trying to configure an approvals rule based on the rating but we are not able to create it. And I have found a document that mentioned the 1 to 7 attributes and it has more than that. So I need to understand which attribute should I use for rating.
The Performance Management approvals payload attributes up to R12 include the following;
Attribute 1: performance document name
Attribute 2: primary line manager login username
Attribute 3: workers display name
Attribute 4: evaluation id
Attribute 7: primary approval manager login username
You can refer to the below content, Numeric Rating should be attributeNumber1, this feature is available from 20A. Could you share the document link mentioned to 1-7 attributes?

Numeric Rating: You can now select the Overall Summary Numeric Rating as an attribute when creating an approval rule for Performance so that if the managers' rating is below a certain number it can be auto-approved and only the highest ratings will require manual approval. The attributeNumber1 corresponds to the manager given Overall Summary Numeric Rating for an employee’s performance document. You can create a condition so that if an employee’s Overall Summary Numeric Rating is below a certain number it should be auto-approved, otherwise it will require regular approval.
