Problem:
We have received a requirement from the client that we can select the country for contact in family and emergency contact.
Solutions:
As for as the country associated with the contact relationship, it will be read-only unless the Employee that the contact is related to has multiple assignments with different legislations. When there are multiple legislations, then the field will be a list of values of those legislations.
So, the country field we see is connected with the work relationship that the employee has so it shows the country where he is working, but it doesn’t show the country of the contact.
The country of the contact is shown on the Address page of the contact.
