Create Goals as an Employee

Employee navigate to Me - Career and Performance - Goals

Employee decides to create a new goal

Employee fill in the details of goals, like start date, target completion date, categories, etc.

Employee adds targeted outcomes, notes, and measurements to goals

Save and Close the Goals

Submit it for approval to Line Manager

or

Employee navigate to Me - Career and Performance - Goals

Employee decides to create a new goal from the goal library

Check Goal Details

Click Save and Close

Submit it for approval to Line Manager
