Create Review Period
Create Performance Document Types
Create an Eligibility Profile and assign it to the goal plan
Create Goal Plan
Select Performance Document Type in Goal Plan
Add some performance goal
Add Target Outcomes as a competency or License and Certification
Run Schedule Process to assign goal plan to the employees
Check if the goal plan assigns to the employee or not, login as an employee
Complete the assigned performance goals
If you have added any target outcome with any goal, then after the completion of the goal then target outcome will be added to your skills and qualification page
Go to the employee skills and qualification page and check if outcomes were added or not
Create Rating Model – Proficiency Rating Model
Create an Item Catalog for Competencies
Add Content Section with created competencies list of values
Add Content Section Subscriber

Add Profile Content Section Access
Select Competencies
- Employee – View
- Line Manager – View, Edit, Report
- Human Resource Specialist - View, Edit, Report
Regenerate data role
