Answer1: Based on the client's requirement, first, we will define the Enterprise structure in the system, but before creating an enterprise we will create a location, so that we can tag a location to an enterprise, like an address where is the enterprise there. And after that, we will create a legal entity because most of the Indian customers they are not using division, I will create a business unit then after a business unit like marketing businesses, residential businesses, communication businesses, and car businesses so these are all in the businesses, so will create businesses under the business unit, and if they are using position concept or job concept if the company using position concept then I will create a department, location, grade, and tag everything under position and then this position assign to an employee how is going to hire in that company if they are using job concept then I will tag all the department, location, grades into a job then I will tag this job to an employee. And I also if the company is following strict budgeting they are using position hierarchy and if the company doesn't have budgeting then they are using the job concept.
Answer2: First I will start with the enterprise structure configuration so once I will get fair ideas of the client requirement then I will start the configuration of the enterprise, if the client is having multiple companies, or line of businesses then I will map those multiple lines of companies into the legal entities and then after creating this legal entities then I will start working of the business item base the client works those businesses line items I will configuration under business unit then after clients understanding how there process works I will ask them weather they are going with the position concept or job concept, first I will explain what is position concept weather if they follow strict budgeting then I will suggest then to go with the position hierarchy concept where is the error free solution in oracle and if you are going with job concept if there is no start budgeting then I will suggest them to go with the job concept but still in job concept it is the HR task to select which grade and which department for the particular job there is not restriction in choosing this particular fields since it is a not contextual particular job or particular position so this is the difference between position and job, this is base configuration which we are doing in the system. so this is how we can tell and the workforce structure designing 2 tier model person generation which we are seen then you can tell work assignment i used and work relationship is the combination of the 2 tier model where work assignment directly related to the legal entity of the employee that like whenever legal entity is transferring happening it will be making inactive no-payroll to the previous legal entity and enterprise hire date maintain thought out the all the legal entities which the employee transfer if they have single work relationship.
