If you are using the Oracle recruiting cloud, you may want to know how to manage the different types of notifications that you can send or receive. In this blog post, we will briefly introduce the four groups of notifications that are available in the Oracle recruiting cloud and how they can help you streamline your hiring process.
Automated Job Application Notifications: These are the notifications that are sent automatically to the candidates when they apply for a job, update their profile, withdraw their application, or are rejected by the recruiter. You can customize the content and frequency of these notifications in the Application Notifications Configuration page.
Review Notifications: These are the notifications that are sent to the reviewers when they are assigned to review a candidate or when they need to provide feedback. You can also customize the content and frequency of these notifications in the Review Notifications Configuration page.
Notification Templates for Send Email Action: These are templates that you can use when you want to send a manual email to a candidate or a reviewer from the Oracle recruiting cloud. You can create and edit these templates on the Notification Templates page.
Workflow Event Alerts: These are the alerts that are triggered by certain events in the hiring workflow, such as when a candidate is moved to a new stage, when an offer is accepted, or when a hire is completed. You can configure these alerts in the Workflow Event Alerts Configuration page.
