Getting a warning message when click on Close button

We are getting a warning message when we click on the "Close" button under the Manage Employment page. And we are getting this warning after 20A, so we are not sure it happens because of an update or it’s an issue.

Check to see if the following Profile Option is set to 'Y' via Manage Administrator Profile Values.  If yes, set it to 'N' and retest
