Getting an error "This process ran but resulted in an error and will be retried. See 'Scheduled Time' column for the next attempt"

The following ESS Jobs are failing and returning errors:
Load and Index Candidates
Load and Index Job Requisitions
Load and Index TCA Geographies
Load Workers into the Candidate Table
To prevent errors with scheduled processes (ESS Jobs) for Recruiting, the user submitting the jobs should have the following role:
Recruiting Administrator
