Getting duplicate records in the OTBI report

We have built an OTBI report and when we are running to review the data then we observed that the report is showing a duplicate report.
 
Solution or Workaround
1. Open the OTBI report
2. Go to the Advance tab
3. There is an option called "Issue an explicit Distinct" Just checked this box
