📋 Key Features of Goal Management

1️⃣ Creating a Goal Plan (HR/Talent Admin)

📍 Navigation:
👉 HR Self Service → Show More → Goal Plans

  • HR can create a Goal Plan and define key goals to be assigned to employees.
  • Once a goal plan is created, HR needs to run a scheduled process to assign goals to employees.

2️⃣ Assigning Goal Plans to Employees (HR/Talent Admin)

📍 Navigation:
👉 Tools → Schedule Process → Schedule New Process → Manage Goal Scheduled Process → Assign Goal Plans → Submit

  • This process automates goal plan assignments based on predefined rules.
  • Employees will see their assigned goals in their Career and Performance section.

3️⃣ Employee Adding Goals Themselves

📍 Navigation:
👉 Me → Career and Performance → Goals

  • Employees can add their own goals for performance improvement.
  • If approval rules are configured, the goal request will be sent to the manager for approval.

4️⃣ Manager Assigning Goals to Employees

📍 Navigation:
👉 My Team → Search Employee → Show More → Goals

  • Line Managers can assign specific performance goals to their direct reportees.
  • Managers receive bell notifications when employees submit goals for approval.

🔔 Approval Workflow for Goals

  • Employees submitting goals → Approval request sent to Line Manager.
  • Managers receive notifications → Can approve or reject the goal request.
  • Managers can directly assign goals to employees via Manager Self Service (MSS).
