Goal Sharing and Alignment

After the goal plan is made public, the top managers will set their own goals and share them with the people who work directly for them. The direct reports will make their own goal and make sure it fits with their manager's goal. They will also share their goals with their direct reports and/or friends. This process will be followed down the hierarchy.
