The Grades are used to record the compensation for employees in the enterprise. You can define one or more grades that are applicable to jobs and positions. A list of valid grades can be used to restrict the grades that can be selected when you set up assignments or employment details for an employee.
The recording of the Pay scale, Grade Scale, and Scale Rate would be recorded as Progression Grade Ladder in HCM Fusion.
Note:
1. Grades are set-enabled objects (Reference Data Set).
2. The system will generate a grade code in the DFF field, and users will copy the code from the DFF field and paste it into the seeded code field.
3. The job evaluation team will manage only one valid grade on the job level, and the same will be assigned as the position valid grade and the position entry grade
