You can start by creating competence. My Client Group > Profile > Item Catalog > Competence
After this, you create a rating model that you associate with all the competencies. I recommend using the same rating model in all the competence so the 9BOX works properly.
Then you can associate every level of the rating model scale and behaviors. You go to My Client Group > Profile > Item Catalog > Competence and enter the competence. Inside the competence, you press Review Proficiency Description and create a description for every Rating Level. This description can contain behavior related to every rate.
When you put the competence in the Performance Template when evaluating, this information will appear under the (i) so every rating has behavior associated.
