How to configure and what to configure for "Touchpoints"

Configuring Oracle Cloud Touchpoints

 Configuration steps:
 1. Configure User Roles and Profile Options
 2. Configure a Touchpoints Check-In Template
 3. Configure a Touchpoints Pulse Survey
 4. Configure Nudges
 5. Configure Email Notifications
 6. Configure and Run Scheduled Processes
 
 * Steps 2-5 can be done in any order

 

Step 1: Configure User Roles and Profile Options

User roles must include duty roles:

 • Worker access - ORA_HRE_ACCESS_TOUCHPOINTS_BY_WORKER
 • Manager access -ORA_HRE_ACCESS_TOUCHPOINTS_BY_MANAGER
 • Administrator access for setup - ORA_PER_NUDGE_CONFIGURATION_DUTY 

Note: Custom roles will need to be updated with related duty roles

Touchpoints Profile Options:

 • Enable Oracle Touchpoints (ORA_HRE_ENABLE_TOUCHPOINTS)
 • Mobile-Responsive HCM Pages Enabled (HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED)
