How to Configure the Approval Rule for Requesting a New Position Using BPM Worklist

1. Requirement:

Configuring an approval rule in BPM Worklist to manage requests for new positions in Oracle HCM.

2. Solution/Workaround:

1. Open the BPM Worklist.
2. Click on the Username drop-down and select Administration.
3. Navigate to Task Configuration.
4. Search for the relevant task to configure and click Edit.
5. Click the + icon to add a new rule.
6. Expand the rule and click on the double arrows for advanced settings.
7. Select the Advanced Mode checkbox.
8. Configure the approval rule as per business requirements.

3. Important Notes:

• In the new BPM UI, the term “There is a case” is now replaced with “At least one”.
• The term “There is no case” is replaced with “None”.
