How to define Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) geography hierarchy structure and geography hierarchy

Most of the time, I've noticed that people are confused about the differences between recruiting cloud Geography Hierarchy Structure and Geography Hierarchies with global human resource Geography Structure and Geography Hierarchy.

So, I have decided to make it clear their concussion about it.
In general, we set up geography structure and geography hierarchy in Global Human Resource from the Manage Geographies task. Here we need to search for the required country like the United Kingdom.

Once we are with our required country search just set up our geography structure like County and City for the UK and for different countries, it would be a different geography structure. Once you are done with your geography structure and now it would be a geography hierarchy based on what you have set up in the structure, now you need to add your data in a hierarchy based on the structure defined for the UK.

Now, you have completed your Global Human Resource Geography Structure and Geography Hierarchy.
Now we need to setup Recruiting Cloud Geography Hierarchy Structure and Geography Hierarchy
In the above example, we have defined the UK structure and hierarchy in global human resources, now the same geography structure will be visible in recruiting cloud, the only condition is here we need to define the structure in Level 1 and Level 2, in Level 1 we need to select County and in level 2 we need to select city.

Once we have defined the geography hierarchy structure now we need to create the geography hierarchy.
By this way, you will be able to define your recruiting cloud geography hierarchy structure and geography hierarchy.
