1. Requirement:
Enabling Global Search in Oracle HCM allows users to quickly find employees, tasks, and records within the system.
2. Steps to Enable Global Search:
- Navigate to Setup and Maintenance.
- Search for Manage Administrator Profile Values.
- Look for the FUSION_APPS_SEARCH_ENABLED profile option.
- In the Profile Value field, enter Y to enable global search.
- Click Save and Close.
- Sign out and sign in again for the changes to take effect.
