How to enable Newsfeed?
Create a sandbox
Navigator
More
Configuration
Appearance
Set Newsfeed as the default home layout
Click Apply
enter a theme name
How to enable the news feed for the whole application?
Setup and Maintenance
Manage Administrator Profile Values
HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED
Select the Level as Site.
Enter a Y in the Profile Value field.
Click Save and Close.
How to enable mobile responsive UI?
Setup and Maintenance
Manage Administrator Profile Values
Profile Display Name = Mobile
Enable all the profile values set as Yes
Click on Save and Close
