2. Steps to Hide Other Countries in Document Type Selection:
- Navigate to Setup and Maintenance → Tasks → Manage Document Type Security Profile.
- Click on the Create icon.
- Choose the Include option.
- Select the country-specific document types from the LOV drop-down (e.g., Saudi Arabia).
- Assign a name to the new security profile.
- Go to Manage Data Roles and Security Profiles.

- In Security Profiles → Document Types, select the created security profile.
