How to Hide the Anytime Document Section

📌 Overview

The Anytime Document Section in Oracle HCM is part of the Performance Management module, allowing employees to create performance evaluations at any time. If your organization wants to restrict access or hide this section, it can be done using Page Composer in a Sandbox environment.

🛠 Steps to Hide the Anytime Document Section

1️⃣ Login as an Implementation User

• Ensure you have the Application Implementation Consultant role assigned.
• Only users with proper security privileges can modify UI components.

2️⃣ Create a Sandbox in Oracle HCM

📍 Navigation:
👉 Me → Configuration → Sandboxes → Create Sandbox

1️⃣ Click Create Sandbox.
2️⃣ Enable Page Composer as the tool.
3️⃣ Click Enter Sandbox to start making changes.

3️⃣ Navigate to the Anytime Document Section

📍 Navigation Path:
👉 Me → Career and Performance → Performance

1️⃣ Locate the Anytime Document Section on the Performance page.
2️⃣ Open Page Composer from the sandbox.

4️⃣ Hide the Anytime Document Section

📍 Steps to Modify the Page:
1️⃣ Identify the Anytime Document Section in the UI.
2️⃣ Click Edit Component using Page Composer.
3️⃣ Set the rendered property to False to hide the section.
4️⃣ Save changes and exit Page Composer.

5️⃣ Publish the Sandbox

📍 Finalizing Changes:
1️⃣ Navigate to Configuration → Sandboxes.
2️⃣ Select the active sandbox and click Publish.
3️⃣ The Anytime Document Section will now be hidden for all users.
