First, create one dff on the position and another dff on the assignment page
go to Manage Assignment Flexfield Mapping and map both the dff
run the schedule process Person Assignments from Positions and enter the parameters
Past Period to Be Considered in Days: 30 days.
Run at Enterprise Level: - Select Yes to run the process for the enterprise, or No to run it for a specific legal entity.
Legal Entity: - Legal entity for which you want to run the process.
