How to Remove Allocate Checklist Icon under My Team

You can hide this task using Structure. Follow the below steps:

- Enable a Sandbox
- Go to Navigator >> Configuration >> Structure 
- In Structure, click on My team and Go to Quick Actin Tab
- In Quick Action Expand employment section 
- Search for Task 'Allocate Checklists'
- Edit and set it to invisible or write an EL as per your need to control the visibility.
- Test again.

you can use EL similarly to: 
#{securityContext.userInRole['EMPLOYEE_US']} where EMPLOYEE_US is the role code
