How to setup Career Outlook

A client wants to set up a career outlook so that employees can find the next career opportunities.

First, we need to create job model profile, then try to search for the model profile name in the career outlook.

If you are not getting the Current role then check this employee job and check if is there any job model profile created in Profile for this job or not.
