How to use Journeys tab features?

In this blog post, we will discuss about journeys tabs. Whether you are a line manager, an HR specialist, or an employee, you will find something useful and relevant for your role.

Explore: If you have line manager or HR specialist job roles, you can access this feature to get a comprehensive view of all journeys available in the organization, including those that are not assigned to any employee. This feature can help you discover new journeys that might be suitable for your team or yourself. You can also assign journeys to employees from this feature. You can create a new journey and add it to your personal journey library. Once you have created the Journey you can see the actions such as Assign Journey and
when you drill down to the action then you will see Add to My Journeys. You can also edit or delete the created journey.

My Journeys: This feature is accessible to all the employees and provides a personalized view of all journeys assigned to them. You can see the details of each journey. You can also delete the journeys that you have created yourself and also assigned to yourself. When you drill down to the action you will see Delete Journey.

My Tasks: This feature is accessible to all the employees and provides a list of all the tasks that are assigned to them as part of their journeys. You can see the status of each task, such as open, overdue, completed, required, and optional. You can also review tasks assigned to other task performers as part of your assigned journeys in the Others task. This feature can help you keep track of your progress and collaborate with others. The My Tasks tab doesn't show the tasks in the sequence that they are configured in the journey template. This is because the tab contains tasks from multiple journeys.

Assigned Journeys: If you are a line manager or an HR specialist, you can access this feature to see journeys assigned to your team. You can see the details of each journey. You can also force close, delete, or edit an assigned journey if your administrator has given you the required privileges. This feature can help you monitor and manage your team's learning and development.

Activity: If you are a line manager or an HR specialist, you also can monitor the progress and status of an assigned journey when you mass assign a journey to multiple people in a single transaction. The list of assigned journeys on the Activity tab will automatically be purged after 180 days from the date they were assigned. This however has no impact on the assigned journey as such. Also, your administrator can specify the duration after which the list should be purged.
