In what condition we can delete the check-in document as an employee or line manager?

In this blog post, I will show you how to delete check-in documents, discussion topics, and notes. Check-in documents are used to track the progress and feedback of employees and managers. They can include questionnaire responses and discussion topic notes. Sometimes, you may want to delete them for various reasons, such as privacy, accuracy, or relevance.

There are two types of users who can delete check-in documents, discussion topics, and notes: employees or managers with the Manage Check-in Document privilege, and HR specialists with the same privilege. The difference is that employees or managers can only delete their own content, while HR specialists can delete any content.

Note: You can only delete a check-in document, discussion topic, and notes if they contain questionnaire responses or discussion topic notes created only by you. If the check-in document contains content created by someone else, you will not be able to delete it.

As an HR specialist with the Manage Check-in Document privilege, you can delete any check-in document, discussion topic, or note, regardless of who created it.
