Currently, it is not feasible in the system.
If you want to upload an attachment to a document record within the same file name, then the system will create a new record with the attachment. If you want to overwrite the existing attachment with the newly uploaded attachment, then this is not possible in the system.
But Oracle has provided the workaround that first, we need to delete the existing attachment and then upload the new attachment.
