A job is a generic role that is independent of any single organization (department, section, or sub-section). It is used mainly for reporting and analysis. Valid Grades can be attached to a job, thus providing a point of verification over the list of grades that could be assigned to a given Job.
A unique Job Title and Job code are required to define a Job in Cloud HCM.
