A learning initiative is a continuous assignment. In contrast to a learning assignment, which is only applicable once, a learning initiative can be created and defined once, and additional assignments in a series can be generated with or without an end date. Using an analysis report or an organization chart, you can delegate it to a group of students within a company. For instance, you could develop a learning initiative for the Ethics and Business Conduct course and give it to all new hires. All newly hired staff are given responsibilities that must be completed by the designated day and time as part of the campaign.
