In Manage Enterprise HCM Information, we can assume you have:
· Under "Position Synchronization Configuration": enabled Position Synchronization, and on the Manager field, select the value "Use HCM position hierarchy"
· Under "Position Hierarchy Configuration": selected "Use HCM Position Hierarchy"
Then, if the change is past-dated before the first day of enabling Position sync, the change won't sync.
Also, have you run the process " Synchronize Person Assignments from Position" after enabling Position Sync (I assume you enabled it after loading all your assignments)?
There's also another process, "Refresh Manager Hierarchy" that could be useful.
