Reason/Root Cause:
Kindly Check for all the Child Records for Employment and Personal Details. Example: Salary, Payroll Relationship, Element Entries, DOR, AOR etc.
Solution/Workaround:
Remove the Child Records and Cancel the Work Relationship and again rehire the same employee with a new hire date.
Note: If your company is using a manual person number and person number is a required field then we need to enter any number and click on next then the system will popup a similar employee.
