There are some goals that we are trying to delete from an employee but the delete button is coming as disabled.
There could be 2 reasons and because of that, we are not able to delete the performance goal.
1. 1st scenario, if we initiated the Performance Document or Check-In document for an employee, then this goal is pulled there. If yes, then we need to cancel and delete the performance document and then we can delete the goal. If the goal is in the check-in document, then we need to delete the check-in document, and then we can delete the goal.
2. 2nd the scenario, if a line manager has added the goal for an employee, then an employee cannot delete the goal. The only line manager can delete it.
