Reason/Root Cause:
The reason for this issue is direct that we have tried to end date the action that is associated with the action reason.
Solution/Workaround:
First, we need to end date the action reason before the end date of the action or action reason. So, once we click on edit for an action, then it will take us to the next screen, then put an end date for the associated action reason, and save the data. Edit the action again and put an end date.
