Bulk Enrollment via Spreadsheet:

  • Can learners be bulk enrolled via spreadsheet/CSV?
    ✅ Yes. Enable profile option: WLF_ENABLE_DEST_PERSON_LIST
    • Path: Setup and Maintenance → Manage Administrator Profile Values
    • Set value: Y, then sign out and in again.
    • Enables Person Number List feature.

Learning Withdrawal:

  • How to delete employees who have withdrawn from training?
    • Navigate to Course/Offering → Select Learner → Change Status → Withdraw Learner → Exclude record from transcript

Learning Request Process Flow:

  1. Learner or manager raises a request
  2. Request is approved
  3. Request is activated (can be automatic)
  4. Learner gets signed up

Learning Assignment Reconciliation:

  • Updates learning assignment statuses based on application changes.

Evaluations:

  • Is pre-training evaluation supported? ❌ No
  • Is post-training evaluation supported? ✅ Yes, through evaluation questionnaires.

ICS Calendar Updates in Outlook:

  • Do changes auto-update if ICS file is imported to Outlook? ❌ No

Exam Fields on Specialist Screen:

  • Can fields like exam result, remarks, repeat exam date be added?
    ❌ Not directly. Use Score and Note fields in Manage Activity popup. Flexfields on offerings may help.

Searching Specific Learning Types (e.g., eLearning for Management):

  • Learners can’t filter by offering type; course search results include all offering types.

Manager Approvals:

  • Where does a manager approve training requests?
    • From Bell icon notifications or My Team → Requested Learning tab

Manager Reporting:

  • How can managers get all training details by person?
    • Create a BI Report for person-wise training data.

Price Field Visibility:

  • Shown for transparency and approval decisions. Can help in workflow automation via BPM based on price thresholds.

Permissions for Requested Learning Tab:

  • Comes by default with standard Learner Role security.

Learning Credits Support:

  • ❌ Not supported in continuous learning.
    • Workaround: Use flexfields on courses.

Blended Learning Capabilities:

  • Includes assignments, projects, self-paced activities, ILT sessions (online/offline).

Assessments – Vendor or In-tool:

  • Internal assessment support planned (from 2018 roadmap).
    • Use SCORM content with built-in assessments as an alternative.
