Potential Assessment Overview

Generally whoever is added as a reviewer in the Talent review meeting, then they can answer the questions on the potential assessment to calculate the potential rating of workers who part of the review population of a talent review is. So, we need to create the Potential Assessment Questionnaire that allows talent review meeting reviewers to use it to rate workers.
