When a line manager is doing the talent review meeting with their direct reportee that timeline manager is getting the previous rating which should not be the case.
This is the excepted behavior when a line manager is providing the talent rating for their direct reportees at the same time the line manager is getting the previous rating.
We need to end date the previous rating using HDL and after that line manager will try to provide the rating the line manager will not get the previous rating of an employee.
