Proficiency Rating Levels are not displayed in Performance Document

When an employee opens the competency section there are no rating levels visible in the drop-down

Request you to verify the following:

1. My Client Groups > Profiles > Item Catalog
2. Search for the Catalog = Competencies
3. Click on the catalog name to view the competencies
4. Click on the competency name = Building High Performance...
5. Verify the rating model assigned to the competency
6. Check if the rating levels are defined for the rating model associated with the competency

 

Check your performance template and see what rating model you have selected.

Make sure it should be the Proficiency Rating model.
