Recruiting Processes done by Hiring Manager and Recruiter

Process 1 – Hiring Manager and Recruiters (My Team and My Client Groups)
The hiring Manager creates a requisition (only provides basic details) > Recruiter will receive an email and will complete the job requisition (complete everything for the requisitions) > Recruiter will post requisitions on the career site and job portal > Recruiter will review resumes and send to hiring managers > Recruiter will schedule the interview > Recruiter will make an offer > Recruiter will move the candidate to HCM application.
 
Process 2 – Everything will be done by Hiring Managers (My Team)
The hiring Manager creates a requisition (complete everything for the requisitions) > Hiring Manager will post requisitions on the career site and job portal > Hiring Manager will review resumes and send them to the hiring manager > Hiring Manager will schedule the interview > Hiring Manager will make an offer > Hiring Manager will move the candidate to HCM application.

The recruiter creates a requisition (complete everything for the requisitions) > The recruiter will post requisitions on the career site and job portal > Recruiter will review resumes and send them to hiring managers > Recruiter will schedule the interview > Recruiter will make an offer > Recruiter will move the candidate to HCM application.
