Enterprise
- Enterprise is the highest level of Organization, and it is required because it acts as an umbrella for the entire implementation. Everything originates from this.
Legal Entity (LE)
- A registered Organization within the legislation. Legal Entities have the responsibility to account for themselves to regulators, taxation authorities, and owners according to rules specified in the relevant legislation.
Legal Employer (LE)
- A Legal Employer is allowed to hire an employee in your organization with laws of the particular legislation
Payroll Statutory Unit (PSU)
- Payroll statutory units are important because they help make sure that payroll estimates and reports are correct and follow local laws and rules. Tax Reporting Unit (TRU)

Business Unit (BU)
- A business unit is a unit within an organization that handles one or more business transactions. Employees, transactions, and data are all protected by business units. Data sets can be established at the BU level for some task structures.
Organization
- Organisation is the generic term for structure. Legal Entities, Business Units, and Departments are examples of organizations with various functions.
Department
- Employees are assigned to departments, which are organizations. For payroll costing purposes, you can allocate cost centers to a department.
Legislative Data Group
- Legislative Data Group (LDG) is in charge of defining the legal rules that apply to the salary processes.
