Use Case - 1
In the event that a line manager completes a "Change Manager" transaction on one of their direct reports, the approval must be processed according to the steps outlined below.

- Human Resource Representative
- FYI to the current Human Resource Representative
Use Case - 2
When an employee uploads a document containing an attachment, it should be sent to the line manager as well as the HR representative.
Use Case - 3
When the document of record is uploaded by the line manager, it needs to be sent to the HR representative.
Use Case - 4
A large industrial customer has a centralized team that manages salary data information for all the Employees. But It is not appropriate for line managers to have access to the salary information of employees.
Use Case - 5
Users' roles should be assigned automatically based on employment changes such as hiring and firing. When a pending worker is converted to an Employee, the Employee role should be promptly assigned so that the Employee can immediately begin onboarding activities.
Use Case - 6
A company has 100+ HR Specialist in their organization and all of them has different accesses, and as we know that HR Specialist can access the data by having them data role assigned, but if we will create 100+ data roles and assigned to them and manage them it would be a significant burden.
