Terminating or Inactivating User Accounts after Terminations HDL

Once a user has been terminated, however, the user accounts are still active then follow the steps below to inactivate their user account using HDL.
Step 1 – Get a list of all terminated employees
Step 2 – Prepare the .dat file
METADATA|User|PersonNumber|Suspended
MERGE|User|****|Y
Step 3 – Use Data Exchange to load the file
Navigator > Data Exchange > Import and Load Data > Import Local File > Submit
Step 4 – once the load is successful. Then Run the “Send Pending LDAP Requests” ESS job
Navigator > Scheduled Processes > Send Pending LDAP Requests > OK > Submit
