Conducting Interviews
Performing initial screenings (phone/video) and coordinating subsequent interviews with hiring teams. -
Managing Candidate Communication
Updating applicants on their status, providing feedback, and answering questions about the role/company. -
Facilitating Assessments or Background Checks
Coordinating skills tests, background checks, and reference verifications. -
Negotiating Offers
Assisting with salary discussions, benefits, and job terms between candidates and employers. -
Onboarding Support
Ensuring smooth transitions for new hires by coordinating paperwork and initial training (in full-cycle roles).
