Open-ended leave is nothing, but you enter the start date of leave but will not enter the end date of leave
Business case- there will be employees who will be on sick They will apply for sick leave by entering the start date, but they don’t know when they will be back from sick leave. So, after recovering from sickness, they will enter the end date
